I have served my advertising, media, and automotive clients as an Executive Search Consultant for almost three decades. During this time, I primarily represented and placed BIPOC and multicultural (global) candidates in senior leadership roles. This experience naturally led me to today, where I now exclusively focus on job seekers' needs. Partnering with senior-level leaders as a career coach, I help my clients define their own version of success by uncovering unique, fulfilling, transferrable skills and arm them with the necessary tools to secure a different role or transition to a new career.
My expertise in Executive Search and Career Coaching is based on my practical experience and a comprehensive academic and professional development foundation. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University and have enhanced my skills through rigorous training from industry experts in Executive Search, Sourcing, ISO, Business Process Improvement, Business Transformation, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Culture Building.
